If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 30% of all of the service amount. LATE POLICY I have a grace period of 10 minutes, anything after 15 minutes we will need to reschedule. My time is valuable, and I pride myself in the work I do, I always aim to give you the best service and I can't do that if my time isn't respected. Thank you
